WASHING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Water under 30 degrees Celsius 
Do not bleach
Tumble dry with low heat or hang dry out of the sun.

Use clean water (distilled or reverse Osmosis)

In order to prolong effective EMF protection please recognise that this is a very special product, with actual silver armour to shield from EMF radiation.  Silver cannot be washed like normal fabric.  To be on the safe side, please avoid washing your Spero gear with tap water but use distilled or reverse osmosis water with a very gentle citrus-free soap.

Chemicals found in tap water degrade the silver, making the fabric less conductive and therefore less protective.  A little care will go a long way with the Spero EMF blocking headband and neck gaiter.

How to protect yourself in the EMF age?
Alongside Spero products as an EMF-reduction strategy consider:

• Get your own EMF detection meter to monitor the EMFs around you
• Avoid wearing blue tooth headphones
• Don't hold your mobile phone to your head
• Don't sleep close to a Wi-Fi router (better still, turn it off)
• Put your smart phone on power saving mode with a blue light filter.
